We are pleased to report that Dara Cohen is now the chair of our International and Global Affairs area. Dara is a political scientist and Professor of Public Policy. She has written books on Rape During Civil War and Lynching and Local Justice: Legitimacy and Accountability in Weak States. Her research and teaching interests include other aspects of gender and conflict as well as qualitative and mixed research methods. We are grateful to Kathryn Sikkink for her service as IGA area chair.
